3:45 p.m. Students check-in at assembly(Assembly Location: lawn outside of Ayres Hall, or in case of rain, Ayres Hall)
4:00 p.m. Doors open for guest seating

Before the Ceremonies:
- Register to participate in Commencement ceremony. Registration is open March 1-May 1, 2019.
All students must register for Commencement to participate. Eligibility to register:- Summer 2018 graduates
- Fall 2018 graduates
- Spring 2019 candidates for graduation
- If candidates for Summer 2019 & Fall 2019 graduation wish to walk early in the Spring 2019 ceremonies, they must first submit an appeal to walk early. Information for Faculty
Faculty Registration
Faculty registration will begin in April. Faculty will participate in the procession and will be seated on the stage in Laxson. Seating is limited. If you would like to join us on May 16 please register no later than May 6. (College Deans do not register as faculty. Deans will receive a separate invitation to RSVP for the platform party area on the stage.)
Regalia
Faculty and Dean participants are required to wear regalia. The deadline to order regalia from the Wildcat Store is early April. Please contact Cathi at 1390gm@follett.com for more information.
Processional
Faculty will meet at Ayres Lawn 30 minutes prior to the ceremony in order to line up for the processional. Deans should arrive at the the north end of the Laxson Auditorium portico 15 minutes prior to the ceremony.
