Academic Advising Programs
Academic Advising Programs helps to understand General Education/Graduation Requirements, explore majors, & develop ways to avoid/overcome academic difficulties.
Accessibility Resource Center (ARC)
Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) assists students with various disabilities including medical conditions and learning disabilities. Students who had 504 plans or IEPs in K-12 or DSPS services in another college may be eligible for services at Chico State.
Admissions
The Office of Admissions are responsible for processing all applications for incoming students. This department collects transcripts and other documentation students need to verify their admissions eligibility.
Associated Students & First-Year Leadership Opportunity (FLO)
The Associated Students (AS) is a student-led nonprofit auxiliary of CSU, Chico that enriches the quality of campus life through programs, events, and services created by students, for students. The AS is also the largest student employer on Chico States campus.
Career Center
The Career Center staff discuss opportunities that can prepare students for a competitive job market.
Chico State Basic Needs
Putting the BASIC in Basic Needs: Learn the "basics" of Basic Needs support at Chico State to feel empowered to seek resources if you need it, or be an ambassador of the program ready to help out your fellow Wildcats in need. Resources include the Hungry Wildcat Food Pantry, Rapid Rehousing, financial wellness workshops and emergency grants.
Cross-Cultural Leadership Center
The Cross-Cultural Leadership Center values and respects the richness and understanding that diversity brings. The Center exists to create an environment in which all students, regardless of their ethnicity, culture, or differences, feel respected, connected, and affirmed. Through a series of community celebrations, the CCLC uplifts and promotes cross-cultural understanding among our campus community.
Dream Center
The Dream Center serves as a student success and resource center for undocumented, AB 540, and mixed-status family students. We advocate for, and facilitate, equitable access to educational opportunities; and support student success and well-being in a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment.
Financial Aid and Scholarship Office
Welcome! Drop in to our virtual space to ask questions about financial aid and scholarships. Helpful and knowledgeable staff can answer general questions, but we can also offer a break out room if a confidential space is needed so you can ask about your specific circumstances.
First-Year Experience (FYE)
Learn more about what to expect for your student’s first-year experience and classes designed to help them in their transition to campus and independence. Chico State's First-Year Experience focuses on academic and social support designed to enhance sense of belonging, academic success and civic empowerment.
Graduate Studies/Adelante
Adelante Wayfinders Mentoring Program & Grad Outreach provide fun and informative opportunities for Chico State undergrads to explore graduate education and what it can do for them. Students socialize with peers and graduate students, as well as professional staff to learn more about degree programs and future careers and the pathway to get there!
IEGE - Study Abroad & Exchange
Study Abroad & Exchange integrates global opportunities into the academic experience. We believe that every student deserves the opportunity to embark on transformative experiences, whether that may be through a study abroad or study away program. We offer a variety of programs in 200+ locations and 35+ different countries, and a plethora of institutions across the U.S. Expand your personal and professional perspective, delve in new academic contexts, boost your résumé, learn or improve another language, meet new people and explore the world.

PATH Scholars (Foster Youth Program)
PATH Scholars supports students with a foster care and/or unaccompanied homeless experience in reaching their higher education goals. Only 4% of students that age out of the foster care system will obtain their bachelor's degree, so we aim to increase that number!
Recreational Sports
Recreational Sports is your place to #keepplaying in a safe and fun environment inclusive for all. Join one of our over 30 student run competitive or recreational sport clubs and compete against other colleges/universities in the sport of your choice. Or stay on campus and participate against fellow Chico State students in one of our over 20 different Intramural Sports or special event offerings. We offer activities for all the Chico State community regardless of athletic skill or background.

Representatives from Student Financial Services are available to answer your questions related to tuition and registrations fees, on-campus-housing payments, payment plans, waivers, and due dates. Come learn about your student account and where to find account-related information.
Student Learning Center (SLC)
The Student Learning Center provides learning support and services to help you succeed in your courses. Join our zoom room to learn about tutoring, supplemental instruction, study skills workshops, and more!
Student Transition and Retention Center (STAR Center)
Student Transition and Retention (STAR) Center provides a place for academic preparation with embedded support for unencumbered, historically underserved students First Generation Students. We strive to provide an atmosphere for educational collaboration and innovative approaches to enhance student achievement.

UED Honors Program
Honors in General Education: Make the most out of General Education by joining the Honors in GE program and enroll in Honors courses to fulfill GE requirements! If you've joined the program already, your Honors advisor is here to help you plan your schedule for fall and beyond. If you haven't joined yet but would like to find out more and apply, you're welcome, too! There are no GPA or test score requirements to apply.
