Supplier/Bidder Information
Starting October 2023, Chico State will be using CSUBUY as a Procure-to-Pay platform for transactions, purchases and payments. It will be the method of doing business with the University. Should you have an order of business with Chico State, and you are not already registered, you will receive an invitation by email. Existing orders will remain in the current system and will gradually get phased out.
Please look for the following email message to register for your CSUBUY protal.
Registering as a supplier for the bidding site is a separate process than registering for the Procure-to-Pay site.
