I graduated with my BA in Journalism from Chico State. Four years later I returned to Chico State to pursue my MS degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy. Received LMFT licensed in 2010.

- People—love learning about people, cultures, world views and what makes each of us tick.
- Spending time with my three children and cat who thinks she is also a human
- Playing sports--softball and hockey are favorites, always up for skiing, considering pickle ball
- Yoga every day
- Star gazing in my backyard
- Cooking and baking
- Water—pool, creek, lake or ocean. Swimming, boating or walking on the shore—it’s all good!
