What is LEAD6?
LEAD6 is a monthly leadership forum (for MPP and Chairs) at Chico State which focuses on the six roles of a leader:
- Structuring Work
- Managing Talent
- Inspiring Performance
- Building Teams
- Using and Sharing Information

During our meetings, we provide networking opportunities, action-based learning, and training in support of holding ourselves accountable to high standards of professionalism.
