Drop In

We are on campus Mon, Wed, Fri: 8:00 a.m. - Noon in the Information Center(opens in new window) (PS02-127 at 218 Normal Ave, Chico). 

Please note, the Information Center will be closed the following dates:

  • December 21, 2020 (Monday) through January 1, 2021 (Friday) - for winter break
  • January 8, 2021 (Friday) - campus electrical project
  • January 18, 2021 (Monday) - campus holiday

Services available include: Drop off and pickup of paperwork. Face coverings required, only one visitor at a time is permitted in the Information Center.

MOVEit for Level 1 Information

Human Resources uses MOVEit to virtually obtain forms with Level 1 information from our customers. Learn more about how the CSU’s Secure Data Transfer using MOVEit(opens in new window) works.

Prior to using MOVEit, please review the virtual processes above (or contact the appropriate department) to find out if specific instructions to submit your form virtually already exist.

  • You can register for MOVEit by visiting CSU MOVEit Transfer(opens in new window)
  • Select the link in 'Getting Started' to authenticate with your user name
  • Select "Send Package"
  • Fill in an employee’s Chico State email in the “To” email address, subject and notes sections and attach file. (Note: MOVEit does not work with generic department email accounts, only employee email addresses.)
  • Click the red " Send" box to submit it.
