CSULearn - Title IX Alternative Trainings
Students are required to complete virtual trainings such as “Sexual Violence Prevention” for new students or “Consent and Bystander Intervention” for returning students in order to be in Title IX compliance and register for classes. These training sessions were previously referred to as “Not Anymore.”
The content and scenarios featured in these trainings may be triggering for those who have experiences with sexual assault. Safe Place offers a trauma-informed, survivor centered Alternative Title IX training focused on support and resources. If the content in these trainings does not support your healing journey, please reach out to WellCat Safe Place. Our confidential advocate will provide you with a trauma-informed and healing-centered alternative.
Our alternative training is offered via zoom, phone call, or in-person. To request alternative training, please email us at safeplace@csuchico.edu.
