Mind-Body-Nature Workshop for Wellness

This workshop takes a holistic, healing-centered, and action-oriented approach to resilience that empowers students, educators, and community members with the knowledge and skills to not only help themselves but to help others within their families and social networks.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

  • Basic psychoeducation on the brain and nervous system
  • How to recognize the signs of activation and dysregulation
  • Resiliency skills: includes breathwork and simple techniques practice in your daily lives to expand your resilience to stress or trauma
  • Introduction to the benefits of forest and nature therapy
  • Guided Forest Therapy invitation, called the Pleasures of Presence, to awaken the senses and practice embodiment.
