Current offerings provide psychoeducation on the brain and nervous system, how stress and trauma impact the brain, tools for regulation, mindfulness, and resiliency skill-building, nature connection, ecotherapy, and radical self-care.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- Basic psychoeducation on the brain and nervous system
- How to recognize the signs of activation and dysregulation
- Resiliency skills: includes breathwork and simple techniques practice in your daily lives to expand your resilience to stress or trauma
- Introduction to the benefits of forest and nature therapy
- Guided Forest Therapy invitation, called the Pleasures of Presence, to awaken the senses and practice embodiment.
