Graduation Application

Temporary Virtual Services
The physical office for Graduation Advising is closed until further notice. However, most services are still available via phone or online, during regular hours, 7am-5:30pm, Monday–Thursday.

Please email gradadvising@csuchico.edu and we will connect with you as soon as we can. 

All documents that need to be submitted should be scanned and emailed to us from your student email account (@mail.csuchico.edu or @csuchico.edu), not a personal email account. Check our Forms Page for more information.

Read the following then apply below:

  • Apply for the graduation term in which you will complete all degree requirements and coursework.

  • The correct Major, including Option & Pattern, Minor (if applicable), and Certificate (if applicable) must be declared before completing the graduation application.

  • Payment is required at the time of application AND must be received by the on-time deadlines in order to avoid the late fee.

  • The graduation application fee is $68. The late fee is $10. To change your graduation date, the re-file fee is $8.
  • To avoid the late fee, students must apply and pay fees due one year in advance, and by the on-time deadline. 
  • If your last date of attendance was Fall 2003 or prior, please contact Graduation Advising for assistance with the graduation application.
