Malyssa Gunderson selected as Ralph M. Parsons Foundation Scholar
The California State University Board of Trustees selected the construction management student for the highest recognition of student achievement. The Trustees' Awards honor only one student from each CSU.

AGC named top student chapter in California
The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of California announced honorees for The Building Futures Awards and the 2017 Outstanding AGC Student Chapter is Chico State. The awards recognize member companies, and one AGC Student Chapter, that make significant contributions to promote and advance construction career.

Chico State MCAA named '17 Emerging Chapter
Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) 2017 Emerging Chapter Grant was awarded to Chico State. The chapter, which has been on campus for six years has been growing and their success has been noticed nationally with this $3,000 funding boost.
