The College of ECC is home to seven departments and eleven different majors. It has a strong and vibrant MESA program and ECC Student Success Center. 32+ student clubs and organizations are affiliated with the College of ECC.
Our college's strategic plan (PDF) emphasizes a student-centered approach to academic excellence, support for historically underserved populations, connections to industry, and transformative scholarship.
An Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee made up of faculty, staff, and administrators across the college work to advance initiatives that support the college in recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse staff and faculty.
The Office of Faculty Development helps faculty at Chico State flourish as teachers, scholars, leaders, and colleagues by providing resources and programs for innovative teaching strategies, awareness of equitable teaching and learning and implementation of inclusive and antiracist pedagogy, mentorships and collaborations, and more.
