Be sure to fill out the Health History Form before your appointment.

Scheduling by Phone

It is best to make an appointment with a medical professional by calling 530-898-5241.

Schedule In-Person

If you are ill, injured or have an urgent medical need, you may walk-in to the WellCat Health Center to schedule an appointment. If necessary, a triage nurse may evaluate you and may be able to arrange for a same-day appointment or provide a referral to meet your needs.

Schedule Online

You may now schedule non-emergency appointments with providers online for the following reasons through the web portal:

Cough, congestion, fever, body aches, sore throat
Ear or eye issue/pain
Rash/Skin issues

Family PACT

You may schedule a Family PACT appointment online. Family PACT is a family planning program. FP Enroller appointments are to determine eligibility for low cost/no cost services for contraception/family planning related services. Family PACT appointments are not medical appointments. You will be meeting with the Enroller.
