How to Document and Submit Your Human Service Experience
60 human service experience hours must be completed by December 15 of your junior year or the semester before you start the BSW Professional Sequence.
If you have completed all 60 human service experience hours at the time you apply to the BSW Professional Sequence, you will document your hours using the Professional Sequence Application.
If you will be completing hours after the BSW Professional Sequence Application period ends, please use this Google Form to submit documentation of your hours by December 15.
