Enterprise Systems (ESYS)

ESYS manages the datacenter and hosted servers, databases, and cloud services supporting our entire campus needs. Our analysts maintain systems for Windows and Linux servers aiding Faculty, Staff, and Students. We also host Oracle and MS SQL databases and support Azure and M365 services like Exchange Online.

Network Operations (NOP)

NOP provides networking support, including wireless and wired network connectivity, datacenter support, network security infrastructure, and provides VPN services, ensuring that Students, Faculty, and Staff have safe and secure, reliable connections as needed.

Telecommunications Services (TSRV)

TSRV supports the campus by managing voice and data communications, including telephone and network cabling infrastructure. They maintain all supported telephone devices and campus call centers, maintaining datacenter infrastructure, and managing telephone and voicemail servers.

CCSV Admin Services (CASV)

CASV manages telecom billing accounts, processes orders for phone line and network adds, moves, and changes, as well as provides assistance with the design and configuration of telephony and networking services. They act as customer service liaison between the campus community and TSRV technicians.
