Retired Staff

Retired staff are a valuable resource to our campus. Staff Council welcomes their participation in all Council activities.

The Retired Staff Luncheon

A no-host luncheon provides an opportunity for retired staff to connect in a social setting. The annual event is held each June at Canyon Oaks Country Club.  

ERFSA Hall of Honor Luncheon

Each year, Chico State retired staff are selected to be inducted into the Chico Retired Staff Hall of Honor and a luncheon is held to celebrate. Congrats to 2017 retired honorees Claudia Beaty, Carol Berg, Billie Kanter and Joe Wills, who truly embody the spirit and history of our Chico State campus.

Shared Governance

One member of Staff Council is a retired staff representative with a one-year appointment. Recruitment is conducted each year in April and May. Contact the Staff Council office if you are interested in learning more.
