Design and Construction

The Design and Construction team mission is to provide planning and development of Capital Outlay projects, satisfying state and system level guidelines, campus needs, and local funding requirements. This includes acting as a liaison between campus, Chancellor's Office, and all outside entities participating to implement these projects.

 This image shows the FMS Project Process. The process starts at Project Request, then Scoping, then CFU Review, then Estimate, then Design, then Construction, and lastly, Project Close Out. Projects are defined as campus improvements with the goal of elevating the student experience. They can be requested though the FMS iService Desk.
