Move-In – What if I do not like my room assignment or roommate?
Our Assignments Team worked hard to ensure that we paired you with the community you were most excited about! However, some communities have demand greater than the number of bed spaces available. If you did not receive your community preference or had a change of heart, you have the opportunity to submit a “Reassignment Request”. To submit a reassignment request, follow these steps:
- Login to the Resident Center
- Click “Requests” on the bar across the top of the screen
- Select “Reassignment Request”
If an eligible space becomes available, you may be reassigned and your room rate and meal plan will be adjusted accordingly. Please take the time to consider if a reassignment is truly what you want, you will only be allowed to submit one request and no changes to the request will be allowed.
Parent/Guardian waivers for under 18
Students under the age of 18 will be given waivers for their parent or guardian to sign.
