University Housing summer conference services offers conference housing, meeting space, and catered meals for on and off-campus groups from June through the end of July, based on a first-come, first-served basis.
We have housed an array of diverse groups, such as Upward Bound and Summer Bridge, International groups from South Africa and China, adult education groups, youth sports, and much more.
We proudly accommodate a wide range of functions at affordable and attractive pricing.

- Custodial and Linen
The custodial staff in each residence hall maintains all public areas and provides linen service for some conference groups. Weekly exchange of linen is free of charge if you purchase the linen package.
Linen package includes: sheet set, pillow, blanket, and towel.

- Dining
Our meals consist of hot and cold entrées, a vegetarian entrée, salad and sandwich bars, fresh fruit, desserts, and beverages.
- Laundry Facilities
Card-operated washers and dryers are available in each residence hall. Laundry cards may be purchased at the add-value station in the residence hall lobby.
- Mail
If you wish to receive mail, contact Crystal Jinkens at the University Housing 530-898-6325 to be added to a mailing list.
- Parking Permits
Purchase Parking Permit
Parking is not included in your overnight stay; permits may be purchased at the Student Financial Services office or from a parking permit dispenser in the "G" parking lots. Parking without a permit or in any other area besides the stadium lot may result in a parking fine.
- Recreational Facilities
We offer a variety if different sports equipment that may be checked out, including:
- Ping pong paddles and balls
- Billiard balls and cue sticks
- Basketballs
- Football
- Board games
