Quick Timeline Guide

This is a quick reference guide to timelines required to ensure timely delivery of services. However, it is the student’s responsibility to read and understand the information on the Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) website. The policies contained serve as the guidelines under which ARC delivers services to students, staff, and faculty with disabilities on the campus of California State University, Chico. The policies were developed to ensure that students receive the best services possible as well as equal access to programs and facilities.

Determination of student eligibility for accommodations and support services	ARC	Within two weeks of receiving documentation
Meet with individual instructors to discuss disability-related accommodations	Student	Within three weeks after instruction begins or one week after approval of documentation by ARC
Completion of Exam Request Form for classroom exam or quiz	Student	At least three days prior to test date
