CSU Dispute and Harassment Policies
If students have a concern or a complaint, Accessibility Resource Center would appreciate the opportunity to address the concern informally.
Complaints by a student about their academic adjustments or accommodations to a university's educational program related to the student's disability shall be directed to the Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) Director/ADA Coordinator, and shall be governed by coded memorandum AA 2014-08. Students can email this Complaint Form (PDF) to the ADA Coordinator or contact 530-898-5959.
If the response by ARC does not satisfactorily resolve the issue, students may initiate a complaint with the Equal Opportunity and Dispute Resolution (EODR)(opens in new window) office.
