Chancellor’s Doctoral Incentive Program

The Chancellor’s Doctoral Incentive Program(opens in new window) provides mentorship and funding for doctoral students across all disciplines. These students are currently working with a CSU faculty mentor, which exposes them to the benefits of employment in the CSU. The Chancellor’s Doctoral Incentive Program Fellows Directory(opens in new window) is intended to assist CSU campuses in recruiting candidates who would further their goals of creating a faculty with the ability and motivation to educate a diverse student body.

Faculty Affairs and Success offers just-in-time training for staff, faculty, and administrators that will be involved in Tenure-Track or lecturer pool recruitments using CHRS Recruiting. We host monthly drop-in lab hours to provide training and answer questions.
