Schedule In-Person
If you're ill, injured, or have an urgent medical need, walk into the WellCat Health Center to schedule an appointment. A triage nurse may evaluate you and arrange for a same-day appointment or referral.
Schedule Online
You can now schedule non-emergency appointments online for the following services:
- Cough, congestion, fever, body aches, sore throat
- Ear or eye issue/pain
- Rash/Skin issues
- Family PACT
- Schedule a Family PACT appointment online for family planning services. FP Enroller appointments determine eligibility for low-cost or no-cost contraception services. These appointments are not medical and involve meeting with the Enroller.

Before Your Visit
After making an appointment and before your visit, please go to the WellCat Patient Portal to update your Health History and sign the Treatment Agreement form if you have not already.
- Navigate to the CSU Chico Health Center Portal.
- Log in using your campus credentials.
- Enter your Student ID Number and click “Proceed”.
- On the left panel, click on “Medical Clearances”.
- Click “Update” next to "Health History Form".
- Enter the requested information for each health condition that applies to you.
- Click "Submit Final", then click "Proceed".
- Click "Update" next to "Treatment Agreement".
- Read through each of the agreements and click the checkboxes associated with them.
- Enter your name where applicable.
- Click "Submit Final", then click "Proceed".
