Immunizations and Injections
- Hepatitis B (series of 3 shots): $47 per injection
- Meningitis A (Menveo): $121 (available on request)
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR): $90
- Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (TDAP): $52
We no longer carry Gardasil, Meningitis A (Menactra), or Meningitis B (Bexsero). We recommend obtaining these immunizations from your primary care physician or Butte County Public Health.
Laboratory Tests
- The majority of tests ordered by WCHC personnel are provided without charge. However, some specialized tests may incur costs, which are the student's responsibility. View the Price List for common laboratory tests.
Medical Record Copies
- The fee for a copy of a medical record: is $5.00 for the first 25 pages, then $0.15 for each additional page.
- Contact 530-898-5241, option 0 to inquire about exact fees and submit a Medical release form (PDF) with payment.
No Show Charges
- No-show for a scheduled appointment: $25 charge to the patient.
- Students will be informed of no-show fees at appointment scheduling and receive an email reminder 24 to 48 hours before the appointment.
- A missed appointment is considered a “no-show” if the patient hasn't arrived within ten minutes after the appointment start time. Medical Records staff will mark missed appointments as a “no-show,” and patients should check their Student Center to pay the balance.
