The true measure of student success is how well we prepare learners to achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. The College of Business surveyed our 2022 graduates with the following results:

STARTING SALARIES:

  • Reported starting salary range of $22k to $100k
  • Reported average starting salary of $58.5k
  • Reported high starting salary of up to $100k

POST-COLLEGE PLANS:

  • 84% of our grads plan to enter the workforce
  • 9% plan to go to graduate school, 73% of whom plan to get an MBA
  • 7% plan to do something else (travel, volunteer, get married, etc.)

EMPLOYMENT:

  • 40% had a job lined up BEFORE they graduated
  • 77% are working within their field of study

LOCATION:

  • 87% will stay in CA
  • 13% are going out of state to places like OR, TX, MA, NY, and HI
