Management Department
The Management Department delivers courses designed to develop skills in the administration of human and physical resources, foster decision-making and entrepreneurial thinking, and provide students with exposure to diverse business environments and management strategies.
In addition to being exemplary classroom instructors and experts in their field, faculty within the Management Department are recognized for making significant contributions to the field through research published in many leading academic and applied journals.
Degree Options
The Management Department develops and delivers curriculum for the following Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration (BADM):
The College of Business also offers a Management Option at Shasta College University Center in downtown Redding, California.
Management Minors
The Management Department offers seven minors that allow non-business majors or business students from other options to pursue additional yet focused skills and knowledge:

Centers and Certificates
Students from any option or major across campus can get involved with the Center for Entrepreneurship which helps budding entrepreneurs succeed and hosts a variety of events and competitions to engage and develop entrepreneurial students. The Marketing Department also oversees the Professional Consulting Certificate.
