Learning Facilities

We offer a range of learning facilities in Glenn Hall to foster collaboration, focus, and learning.



Business Student Success Center

Students studying in the Business Student Success CenterThe Business Student Success Center (BSSC) is located in Glenn 202. The space is open 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Friday.

The BSSC provides undergraduate business students with a comfortable, professional space to study and collaborate. The Business Tutoring Service(opens in new window) operates out of Glenn 202. Schedules for tutors and mentors are posted on the bulletin board directly across from the BSSC.

The BSSC is a great place for students that simply want to study or work on team projects between classes. Flexible furniture, computers, plugs for laptops, enclosed rooms, and whiteboards allow students to work alone or with others.


MBA Collaboration Center

Students working in the MBA Collaboration CenterThe MBA Collaboration Center (MBACC) is located in Glenn 121. The door is open 7 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Friday.

Open only to students in the MBA program, the MBACC was designed both for individuals to study and for teams to collaborate on course projects. Through a faculty grant the MBACC was equipped with two Steelcase project pods that allow teams to work together around large monitors. Collaboration skill has been called the signature strength of the 21st century because of its key role in generating new ideas as well as executing decisions and projects on time and under budget. The MBACC was developed with the skills and career success of our MBA graduates in mind.


Computer Lab

Students in the Computer LabThe College of Business Computer Lab is located in Glenn 106.

Hours of operation are from 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Friday.

The lab’s Dell computers are equipped with all the necessary business software (Peachtree, QuickBooks, Adobe, Office 2010, SAP) to complete course assignments. The Lab Supervisor is experienced using all the software and can provide homework assistance and guidance.

Printing is offered via the campus Go-Print service. Group meeting tables and laptop desks are also offered. 


Professional Sales Lab

The Seufferlein Sales Program’s students, instructors, and corporate partners may use the Sales Lab to enhance skills. The lab includes four cameras and role play rooms that can be used to record, stream, and archive various class assignments, presentations, role plays, mock interviews, sales competition activities, and elevator pitches. The lab's recording rooms are located in the Career Center (SSC 270) and Glenn Hall (206). Rooms in the Career Center are available on a drop-in basis, and Glenn Hall rooms are reserved for classroom assignments.


Center for Entrepreneurship

Students studying in the Center for EntrepreneurshipOpen to all entrepreneurial students on campus, regardless of major, the Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) is located in Glenn 221, next door to the CFE Director’s office in Glenn 219.  

The CFE space has become a hub for entrepreneurial activity on campus. Many student entrepreneurs spend time there between classes to work on course projects or network with each other for the benefit of each other's ideas and information flow. Local entrepreneurs often drop in to discuss local entrepreneurial opportunities.
