Interested in teaching abroad for a semester or during the summer or winter intersessions?
Full-time Chico State faculty are eligible to apply for teaching positions through the University Study Abroad Consortium (USAC) programs at various universities around the world. Tenured Chico State faculty members are eligible to apply for USAC semester-long programs during semesters in which they are eligible for sabbatical or pay differential leaves. Any full-time Chico State faculty member who will be returning on contract may apply to teach in a summer or winter program.
Classes may be taught in English or the language of the host country. Course content should be relevant to the study abroad site and country.
Deadlines to apply are typically 12-18 months in advance of the program.
